Soft tissue injuries happen when the body is called upon to do something that it is not capable of. Having trained speed all summer long, those benefits diminish very quickly if not trained.

Our IN SEASON athletes will perform:
βœ…2 days of sprint training (max rest, max speed)
βœ…2-3 days of strength training

Used to be thought that athletes should not sprint during season, and that is because sport coaches idea of sprinting is conditioning, that’s how you get here if done too frequently! #strength #strengthandconditioning #fitness #athlete
