Yup this works great arugula and strawberry complement each other very well, sweetness and slight spicy taste of arugula work fantastic. if you don't have any strawberries you can use sweet cherry tomatoes. Another good summer salad with fruit is watermelon with cucumbers, feta cheese and onions with balsamic vinegar dressing. You could also combine figs mozzarella and pine nuts with honey dressing or the classic melon and prosciutto combo. We eat all of these here in the Mediterranean when it so hot in summer you can't really eat much (for americans that would be around 100F temperatures). Use fruit in savory salads it is so refreshing and fun :)
