You mentioned in a reply that if you do your own voiceover for shorts, you have to speak like a roadrunner to get all of the information out in time. Have you tried separating the shorts? There are a few YouTubers I follow who will have a "mini-series" of shorts with pt1, pt2 & even pt3 for their skits; I know I personally would prefer to hear your voice (not just cause I hate AI voice & the mispronounciations) even if it required 2-3* separate parts.
(*Personal theory that outside apps that are short form only, 4 parts is the upper limit)
