I dated someone within that age gap, he had his own place/car/job and wanted a mature woman. It was very hard but he convinced me and he was very mature until it ended from the controversy of him still experiencing life at his age. So I can understand it can go well if he faced all the challenges at a young age while being responsible. Life just happens, I definitely don't agree with cougars and males that search for younger ages to date
