One thing I learned about Yugioh is that the simplest effect cards are the ones that will most likely become broken at some point

The only reason they haven't been banned before is that most formats are dominated by 1-2 attributes, Stormwinds basically got bad because WIND sucks and there was no deck other than Floo that was playing through a Stormwinds they got as part of their normal combo, because WIND basically never has a good deck flying around
Edit: My suggestion is if any of them go on the forbidden and limited list, they all go to the same location out of principle (Because they all do the same thing), that or better attribute balance so all of them have some level of viability

anyone who wants to never worry about nib/fire (or w.e attribute you dont like) follow these steps
-3 shs wakaushi
-1 Soulhorns
-1 big benkei
-1 Denglong
-1 fire yang zing
-Cheofeng
do regular SHS combo, search the horns, make the denglong, denglong cl1 wak cl2, add fire yangzing to hand, pen summon the fire yangzing and make cheofeng.
Nib proof as its summon 5 and theyre locked out from using Light/fire effects
if you dont wanna lock fire and rather have an omni negate, add in 1 zefra yang zing, Zefra devine strike, and remove fire yang zing for bian. summon denglong, add zefra to hand, send bian to grave, pend summon the zefra, add trap to hand, make chefeng and now opp is locked from earth/light effects and you have an omni negate facedown to deal with DRNM etc.
-doesnt use normal summon
-cannot summon more monsters with pen effect or risk of being nibbed. Nib Safe
-always locks out light(nib, veiler, gamma, rabbit, lancea)
-can lock out fire/earth/dark/wind also(fire lock sounds nice to me. Locks ash blossom, and all fire decks, lock out dark for branded )
-generic
-downside youre adding 3-5 bricks(hand dependent as you can change the order of the combo. if you have bian in hand you send the zefra and make cheofeng without the omni negate)

Stormwinds is even worse in Floo, as it's an entirely one-sided floodgate for them, since they don't special summon at all.
