In this video, I share my experience with the Horn of Plenty aka Black Trumpet, a true hidden gem of the forest. Known for its delicate, earthy flavour, it’s a culinary treasure that adds depth to various dishes. 🍄✨ I kept half of the mushroom in its full state and made a lovely powder from the other half, which works beautifully as a seasoning for soups, stews, and risottos.
