Definitely an exaggeration, easier to work with the crew if tou have a 10 minute game plan set up in the morning with a sec for questions. Shit changes too much for you to expect a crew of 4+ to be on the same hustle, especially with how complicated a real construction artists job can get

I worked fast on a job and completed it in 1/2 the time scheduled. My boss said great job and paid me less that week. Now I take my sweet ass time and make sure every paycheck is full
