bruh, there is no way that these animals haven't been fed numerous times by the tour boat. they know if they come hang out they get some food.

The pelican and seal were very close friends huh ? Aren’t they competitors for the same food , fish
|
And two different animals, the second had a large ‘bump’ on the forehead, known as a sagittal crest which makes it a mature male California Sea Lion. The first could be a female, could be a younger male, could be the same or a different species, but also (as already noted) a sea lion, not a seal.
These animal stories are often entirely dodgy.
