I definitely would want some of the cut content that didn’t make it into the final game
(Lucas and claus flashbacks, that piece dialogue between the gang before they go fight porky, maybe integrate Lucas’s nightmare in someway and overall some more character interactions)

The minecart scene from the trailer, more character dialogue, more bosses, cut enemies (alkaline man, candlefright, that weird radish fish, that mosquidto enemy, electric catfish, pick), the lore with the egg and bird of light, Lucas’s nightmare (possibly tied to some form of magicant) , the frozen drago in chimera lab and make the hot spring scene less messed up.

Costumes per each amiibo. Imagine playing as Lucas wearing as ness, Kumatora wearing Samus, duster wearing link and Boney with a Mario Hat. It would be soo cool.

If we did get a full on 3D remake I’m hoping they give us some of the cut stuff from EB64 like instead of the game being 8 chapters long maybe make it 9 instead

While I do think Mother 3 is the one in the trilogy with the LEAST chances of being remade, Curiomatic's fan concept that you've shown is truly beautiful, and if it were made into a real game my soul was ascend into the heavens above

I mean this game (imo) has the BEST locations visually. Oshoe castle, New Pork city, dung beetle Oasis, the sunshine forest etc. I think a remake like the TTYD where they make so much more details would be awesome

If M3 got remade I want an option to listen to the GBA versions of the music and I'd want the battle memory to have an option making fights replayable for fun.

I think the biggest reason people want the game remade other than for localization opportunities isn't for the quality of what it included, but for what it instead removed before release.
The most common complaints I have seen towards the game is characters like Flint being shafted by the plot despite being intended to have a much more important role, and other scenes being removed despite there being benefits to their inclusion. One of the most notable examples of this is the scrapped elevator dialogue that I feel is sorely needed, as it was fully written but just never added, and the other party members remain silent for the entire final chapter of the game.
These aren't things I would dog on the devs for. It’s obvious the game had to be rushed, especially since its late development within the GBA's lifespan is the most likely suspect for its official region lock. So if they were to remake it, it would be to mainly focus on these quality of life changes by adding things that shouldn't have been removed, but were anyways.

The coolest thing a Mother 3 remake could do is add the N64DD space world demo either as an extra or a reward for 100% completing the Battle Memory

I would like to see a Side Story where you get to see the story from Claus' Point of View after Chapter 1 and how he became the Masked Man as well as see his point of view on Pulling the Seven Needles. Of Course Claus will be the only Character in the Side story which will make the game harder, He will be a Glass Canon in terms of Stats. (High Offense, Guts and IQ at the cost of Lower Speed and Defense) Claus' Musical Combos would be a little strict compared to Lucas. Another thing to add is Amiibo Support where if you use any Amiibo, you could get a Random Item or Piece of Equipment based on the Character via from the Happy Boxes starting from Chapter 4 basically Tazmily's Version of Amazon Orders lol.

Fans literallty remade the desert part inspired by the old footages from the N64 version. The result is impressive, this fandom is truly dedicated!
