He has a point, when you get charged for anything on probation they automatically consider it a violation of probation and hold you in jail. Basically, guilty until proven innocent. So even if you are found innocent, you could spend months in jail .

This judge seems corrupt lol. U could see in his face and by his demeanor the defendant had a point which is WHY the judge didnât wanna discuss the case. Has nothing to do with âtryingâ the case.
