Ek pay level 10 ki officer ki kaam hota ha ki unka ander pe jitna bhi clerk or assistant cader ki non gazetted officer ha unko leke chalna , as per reality jo jaisa uske sath waisa hi karo , agar main officer hota toh main yehi karta . Agar nahi karoge toh buearaucracy ka jo system ha woh scrap ho jayega .
