IMPROVE YOUR TOPSPIN FOREHAND (Read Below)
•
1️⃣ Create Racket Speed - Use a “C Swing” to increase your racket speed. Spin craves speed...and anytime you can increase your racket speed it’ll help you make the ball spin faster.
•
2️⃣Close Your Racket Face - Point your strings down slightly as you drop the racket. This will allow you to consistently hit the back of the ball for accuracy.
•
3️⃣Swing Low to High - Rather than swinging toward your target, swing from below the ball to above the ball. This will impart the topspin you’re looking for to increase confidence and consistency.

Good stuff, a video out there somewhere has removed the ball but you can still see impact for all the top pro's, very cool stuff

Hello, swing is swing, but can we speak about contact point -pure hitpoint. Here we have a lower ball so the racket is perfect 90degree to the ground (1)_|_ This is my confusion between that and this set up (2)_/_. What it depends on?the height of a hit, the grip or the style? Halep and Diocko they play 1. Federer would hit most balls with 2. It also produces different style of drive throug after. From 1 you rather go with stiff wrist throughout the hit and seconds after. With 2 Federer follow his racket more towards the net, under his nose...

Inclua na instrução o giro råpido do antebraço pegando a bola (mentalmente) por baixo, por trås e por cima. O giro do antebraço se assemelha ao limpador de parabrisas.

She is turning her torso toward the net which brings her hand and racquet to the ball. It is a torso rotation not swinging arms.
