有關炒洋菇的部分。洋菇最好吃的作法 可以先乾烙脱去水分再放奶油會更香。❤因為我人在國外旅遊中 用的不是自己的鍋子 不確定乾烙會不會傷害道鍋子表面塗料，所以先放了油跟洋菇一起慢慢炒炒。 大家用習慣道鍋子就不用太擔心。
