After 2 miscarriages in a row, the second one being in my 7th month… the Dr found that there was too much clotting going on and I basically cut off all nutrients to my growing sons. So when I got pregnant again, my Dr prescribed 1 baby aspirin every morning. That worked. I have a healthy son now. He’s 26 years old 😊

What about K2D3 supplements to take calcium buildup in the arteries and put it back into your bones where it belongs! A lot of research shows that this is the best treatment going forward!

I have taken baby aspirin a day for years. Not by Doctors orders, but family history of heart attacks. I knew with both sides of my family having bum tickers, chances were my time was coming. It did 5 years ago. Heart attack waiting in the ER to be admitted I had a Doc come in & ask me how long I've been taking aspirin & I told him for years. He told me had I not been taking aspirin the outcome might have been bad. No way around having triple bypass, all 4 arteries were clogged. Thankfully that procedure saved my life. Post op my Cardiologist kept me on the aspirin therapy. Any time I feel angina or discomfort in my chest..aspirin saves me. I think the nay sayers on aspirin therapy don't realize what the benefits of aspirin are until it happens to them. ❤

My doctor and I discuss this at every annual physical. I will soon be 80, have no prior cardio events, maintain exact recommended weight, but I'm told I must take the 81 mg aspirin each day. Every dr. on the Internet says I should Not be taking a daily aspirin. Go figure.

Baby aspirin a day for those with Factor V Leiden. Often found in Northern Europeans, though not exclusively. Better than blood thinners. Watch over eating greens but don’t eliminate them entirely.

Wow. I'm 67 and on aspirin therapy because I was diagnosed with heightened risk of cardiovascular disease, but no one ever mentioned I should discontinue taking it at age 70.

@drjeremylondon - I am greater than 70 years old (72) and have not had any heart complications or cardiovascular events. So you say "the risk of bleeding events ourweighs the benefits"... so what should I do?

Cayenne pepper instead??????

Garlic, lemon, motherwort, hawthorn, rose, nattokinase etc etc

Please do a video on the natural alternatives.

Mother Nature's Cures.

Not big pharma

I tried taking one enteric-coated baby aspirin on a full stomach after eating, and I felt like my stomach was on fire. I can never tolerate ibuprofen either and get severe pain in my stomach after taking it. I read that the enteric-coated aspirin was supposed to be absorbed in the small intestine to avoid any stomach sensitivity, but this certainly was not the case for me. Even taking it on a full stomach after eating didn't help with preventing my stomach from feeling like it was lit on fire on the inside.

I had to get a stent. I had no idea I even had an issue. I just thought I was out of shape walking up hills because I always walk at the beach. I'm grateful for my cardiologist not listening to me
I'm on aspirin therapy now.

Went to the ER July 2023 with symptoms of a stroke. All the tests done, and the doctors thought i had a TIA. Followed up with my neurologist and he said to take a daily baby aspirin. Maybe it was just a migraine? (Im only 40 and did NOT get the vax) Whats the downside to baby aspirin daily?

What about Nattokinase as an alternative?

My mum used to have sardines every day and fish oil tablets for her joints.
It helped with the joint pain.
But she ended up having a brain hemerage at 76 that killed her
She was perfectly fit and healthy before.
So I think maybe more heath advice about having too much fish oils might be a good idea.
I didn't realise that Eskimo's suffered from increased risk from brain hemerage.

Ive been on daily aspirin since I was 21. I’m 45 now. I have Antiphospholipid Syndrome. In 1998 my daughter was stillborn at 36 weeks. 10 months later I had my first blood clots in my lungs . Then I got my diagnosis and was put on 81 mg along with my Coumadin. I’ve had clots in my lungs 4 more times, all while on aspirin and blood thinners. Haven’t had a PE for awhile but still have TIAs occasionally and superficial clots regularly. Would be great if you could do a video on Antiphospholipid Syndrome since a lot of us have heart attacks and strokes.
