That shirtless bit right there just did wonders for my confidence levels. Knowing that I can be strong and flexible without having to be cut is amazing!

Without even noticing, I’ve been scrolling for an hour.

After what you said at the end, I’m gonna go do my stretching routine then head to bed.

Thanks David. You’re my hero.

I’m glad I came across your content. As it only reinforces my beliefs on being as naturally human as we were designed to be. Thanks brother!

Your videos are helping me so much, thank you. 😊 I used to be flexible, but i was in a car accident and had multiple horse riding accidents. I went from professional polocrosse playing - horse riding, gymnastics, and ballet (all for for fun), to being 30 with bursitis in both hips, slipped/bulging discs, an injured tailbone, costochondritis from chest wall trauma, nerve damage, and ive always had lateral aand bilateral scoliosis, a pelvic rotation, and severe endometriosis. This all affects me and contri utes to major depression.

So long story short your videos are making me excited to move my body again and you're helping explain things 😊 thank you for helping with moving my body, and for also helping me with the major depression and PTSD I have been struggling with. The endorphins from exercise help and stretching has always been my favourite thing ❤ its improving my day to day life and self estee

I sit here and watch all of your videos but never do the stretches.
Today I am going to focus on some actual physical activity and do some stretches. (Wish me luck!)

Thanks for the info! I REALLY love yin yoga for exactly that reason: sitting in the pose for sometimes 5-10 minutes is really a unique feeling. I come out of poses I was certain I couldn't do two minutes prior, but in time I sink into pretty much anything far, far deeper a 5 minutes. Of course.

David, Love it! I was & still am a runner. Love stretching, but you have opened a whole new world of challenges for me! BTW, FYI...
A technique that I was taught at a stretching clinic in the 70's...
As an example, for hurdler's stretch - sitting, one leg straight, other @ 90°, bent w foot behind. All slowly... Exhale as you bend at the waist to limit, hold, inhale as you come back ~25%, exhale as you bend (10-25%) past previous limit. Continue as long as comfortable. Within a few days in was able to touch & hold my nose to the ground with my cheek against the inside of my knee.
I use the same technique for other stretches.

Thank you,
- John

Actually you always inspire me to try the stretches I see in your videos after I finish them! It’s a good 5-10 minute break, and I get to improve my flexibility!!
