Kandyacha Zhunka
Ingredients:
Oil
Mustard Seeds
Cumin Seeds
Hing
Garlic
Onion
Curry Leaves
Turmeric
Red Chilli Powder
Salt
Bhesan
Water
Fresh Coriander For Garnishing
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and hing. Sauté for a few seconds.
2. Add garlic and onions, and cook until the onions are soft and translucent.
3. Add red chilli powder and turmeric, then sauté briefly. Add a little water and cook for 2–3 minutes.
4. Add besan (gram flour) along with salt. Mix everything well, sprinkle some water, cover, and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Add freshly chopped coriander, and your Kandyacha Zhunka is ready to serve.
