And idk how I feel about it. It’s kinda like what Bryce had to do was too similar to what aelin had to do and it was almost like she was an aelin rip off but I still liked the book. Sarah j. Mass never disappoints when she writes

Even though I don’t understand it (I’ve not read CC and have no motivation to) the edits are ALWAYS great! Have you ever read Percy Jackson? I know it’s a bit different to these books because there is so little romance but I’m reading them at the moment and I LOVE THEM!! I love finding small cute moments with couples instead of being spoon fed romantic moments! If you have space on your tbr I’d recommend reading it (though it is quite the commitment, there are a lot of books). Loving your stuff as per usual ❤

I haven’t read cc3 (yet) but I actually liked cc better than acotar. I am obsessed with the characters in both, no one beats the inner circle, but I didn’t like the plot that much. Cc had kind of less predictable relationships and a clearer plot through book 1 and 2, I still LOVED both series though

Personally, the book disappointed me, it was so anticlimactic and let’s be honest, Ruhn and lidia carried the whole thing. I was expecting so much better also because there was so much potential. It was ok though. I mostly enjoyed the Easter eggs like the under king being from tog? Overall I think Inwas just hyped to much and by the end Bryce just felt like they tried to make her too much like Aelin. The whole crossover really disappointed as well and the constant POV switching made some parts hard to read.

I feel like the book was just kinda rushed everything happened so quickly and the ending jsut felt kinda anticlimactic in someways there also was too much going on at one time and the crossover I thought they would do more with it but it was like two chapters worth total and even that is overestimating it a bit not to mention it was just her making them mad at her because she stole truth teller I thought many she would spend time over there get their help and bring them with her but no and the whole final fight I finished it and was jsut like “that’s it” I’m fairly sure that’s exactly what I said the first two books were great it’s just the third one was so rushed

Finally finished it, and am very much dissapointed about the crossover, I bryce to meet more people in the world and maas to give elain a role in that book (she would in my opinion been perfect and I would have been able to forgive bryces bad attitude to the fae if aelin got her out of it bringing her mindset, someone that doesnt hold grutches would have been cool) I also think the neding is rushed and plotlines havent finished, I think it needed one more book but alright

Ok, I was really annoyed with Bryce in like the first half of the book. She was so against saving her literal people. She was like “All Fae are horrible, they don’t deserve saving” Honey, you know so many good Fae. Like Ruhn, Flynn, Cormac, Flynn’s sister, etc. But no, none of them deserve saving because she had some bad experiences with Fae. I get that, but she was just being so selfish the whole time and it really got on my nerves. She was totally ready to just not help any of them at all and watch loads of people die like??? Bryce was better in the second half but the beginning really fucking annoyed me.

Loved the edit❤. I felt that Sara j was in a hurry to finish the cc series, that’s why the last book didn’t feel right. But anyway, Bryce became one of my favourite characters ever
