First of all H1b people are not super innovative people . 99% people on those visa are only employees .
So , no innovation will happen even if we retain those people from going out .
And don't follow these channels who don't have an iota of knowledge about anything .
This decision will be blocked by courts as it is required to be passed by senate .
And Republicans have majority in senate but only marginally . So they won't be able to pass it . Coz many republicans would themselves vote against it .
