Hi! Chef here!
A lot of people struggle with the flavour of tofu in desserts, what might help is adding GOOD QUALITY vanilla (no glucose syrup or invert sugar/syrup - ingredients should be vanilla and alcohol (20% w/v) because vanilla needs the alcohol to be extracted - all extracts if real vanilla have alcohol as an ingredient). If you aren’t consuming alcohol (even in this small amount) look for an IMITATION extract that just says (water, flavourings) it won’t be as nice but it won’t have the alcohol.
Also changing the ratio to slightly higher cottage cheese, tapioca and slightly lower tofu. - swapping in dairy (even yoghurt) can help with the flavour.
I hope this helps a bit! Love the channel!

My girlfriend's TOFU tiramisu ☕️
As much as I wanted to hate this, I ended up finishing it. Can someone confirm the taste? 😂

INGREDIENTS:
1 packet of @soydelight.au/ tofu pudding
100g cottage cheese
20ml maple syrup
20g tapioca flour
8 biscoff cookies
1 shot of espresso (or instant coffee mixed with a bit of water)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a blender, combine tofu, cottage cheese, maple syrup and tapioca flour. We'll be dividing the tofu mixture into 4 serves.
2. Grab 4 small cups for each serve. Crumble 1 biscoff cookie, then spoon some coffee onto the biscoff. Add half of 1 serve on top, and repeat this to create 2 layers.
3. Leave it in the fridge to set for a minimum of 2 hours, and enjoy! (maybe
