My mother in law was home in hospice care. Right before she transitioned, she kept looking at us confused. She'd say, "What's that beautiful bright light over there? Y'all can't see it?! You don't see my daddy waving to me?" Not even 5 min later, she was gone. 73 yo, so her daddy was the welcome party into the light. 💕✊

I want to believe that so much. But when you hear the words and see the picture and it does not tally it just leaves you doubting. Be as wise as a serpent but gentle as a dove. From someone who has been a fool most of her life I try and be careful.

It doesnt happen often, as I am a retired Respiratory Therapist and am at the death of most people in the hospital. Now I care for people in their home instead of going to a nursing home. I have seen only a couple incidents that were like this, but its usually due to the euphoric effects of morphine because it happens to those outside of Christ as well.

Exactly the same thing happened in hospital to my dad Barry , just before he passed away, after reading psalm 23 to him ❤ . Couldn't see what he was seeing but it filled him with such joy ❤
