When you reach a certain age you both have long relationships behind you which have both set marks on you and taught you something. Being able to mutually discuss them feels fairly healthy, to be honest.

Thatās wild to me that you donāt think somebody should be opening up to you about that. If someone wants to talk about it and share their feelings and maybe some troubles and reflecting feel understood from somebody they clearly are on a date with him like itās a good sign. I think itās so important to be able to talk about that so you can understand their history and their past. However body language and listening with how they go about it will get you a good idea if theyāre ready for another relationship. I love asking questions and getting deeper into why they broke up and what theyāre looking for in their next relationship.
