Your suggested exercises will only make the injury worse and worse. Try advocating for movements that are natural and common to the 'rotator ' cuff tendons. I'm talking from experience and recently I started reversing the injury worsening caused by the physiotherapist's exercises. Imagine stretching and already damaged elastic further and further... Guess where this story ends....

What helped me as was straight arm strength rehab exercises, especially in the supinated grip area.
Leaning how to use my push pattern with my lats was the later part of the work.
