"May I please have MY (or) THE bill?" is correct.
The confusion is from a combination of your pronunciation of "bill" (which you are pronouncing very similarly to "beer") and you saying "...A bill."
'A' is not specific, which is confusing because you're not trying to get any bill; you're wanting your bill.
Conversely, when a person is ordering beer they are intentionally not specific (example: "I don't care if you give me that specific Heineken, I will be happy with any Heineken.")
Tip on improving your pronunciation of the 'i' noise in 'bill': it's the same noise as the 'i' in "inn," "in," and "India."
