He quotes Paul who is a false profit. In Romans 3:9-18 (see bible gateway references) he severely misquotes the OT. He says "There is no one righteous, not even one" but if you read through those references like in Psalm 140:13 it says "Surely the righteous will praise your name, and the upright will live in your presence"
