We don't have beef in this house, haven't for many years. My husband had colon cancer at the ripe age of 32. We were told that beef was the cause as it has higher carcinogens for causing cancer especially if it's grilled over charcoal. I changed our household duet and became a ground turkey expert. I make everything with turkey including a pan meatloaf I cook on top of the stove not in the oven.๐
