💫Ingredients to marinate fish:
1kg Desi Kala Rahu
1tb ginger garlic paste
2tb lemon juice
4tb Imli pulp (soak imli in little water for 30mins and then squeeze out all the pulp, remove the seeds)
1 packet National Fish Masala
Marinate well for atleast 6-7hrs in the fridge.
💫Ingredients for make batter
1.5cups basin (gram flour)
0.5tsp salt
0.5tsp chilli flakes
0.5tsp ajwain
Water
1/4tsp orange food color (optional)
Mix all the above ingredients to form a batter
💫Deep fry for 6-8mins on medium flame to ensure it's cooked evenly
P.S. usually the fishmonger rubs salt on the fish before selling it. When you bring the fish home, make sure to wash it thoroughly so the excess salt is removed.
