A lot of people donāt understand that the rules of golf are for leveling the playing field for competition. Heās just trying to inform anybody who wants to know for competition and just general rules. If youāre playing weekend golf, do what you want, he nor anyone cares. Just enjoy yourself

Wouldnāt the grounds crew remove lose impediments when they see them? I donāt like this rule especially if your ball is on the fairway.

Does this include sand trap rakes? Btw im so far out of reach of these rules i usually dont even hit my ball straight off of a tee, usually like 310 yards but with a hard right curve off the end

Iāve had that rake stop my ball. When I moved it, the balm went in the sand. Now I know I can pull it out of the sand. Andā¦..not fall back a stroke.
