Do the miles circuit if you really want to induce. The one I did was here on YouTube by Carly Watson, I believe her video was called "do the miles circuit with me." At my 40 week appointment, the day b4 my due date, my ob said I was no where near labor. She said she was giving me one more week b4 she would have to induce me at 41 weeks. I personally did not want to be medically induced so I did the miles circuit that same night. At 3 am my water broke naturally, I was in labor for 4 hours and pushed for 8 minutes. I hope it works out for you if you try it ❤

Aw same happened with me I was only 1cm, the membrane sweep only made me lose my mucus plug , nothing came from it but good thing about being induced is it’s a set date so you can look forward to knowing exactly when you get to meet your little Bub 💞
