Live stuff is what your were terrified of? I think that facing that, like you did, made you really rise up! That last sentence will probably always resonate with me. And you mentioned, living up to what you tell your kids, is a huge part of what made YOU stronger (Imo) bc you're such a great father! And that speaks volumes. I have high anxiety and public speaking was never in the cards for me. So, I'm happy you were able to overcome that, and even if you still sometimes have troubles and fears. Great talk, I love hearing you open up. It's pretty great! So glad y'all did make these awesome channels! 👏👏

Fun little tip, fear in your brain is the same as excitement, so when doing something really scary, pretend you are doing something really exciting and it’ll feel exciting

Sometimes fear can mean RUN AWAY and you should!!! Like swimming with crocodiles, probably not a great thing to pursue even tho it scares you. But starting a business? That’s great thing to try for if it scares you
