A pair of running shoes is cheaper than a gym membership. A playground in a park or school yard can serve as pull bars and other workout equipment. Anyone with access to internet and youtube has access to multitudes of fitness and health information, ideas, workouts etc. There’s always a way to start from zero. Cant afford brand new nikes? Hit the thrift store. There’s people that donate stuff with tags still on or barely worn selling at a fraction of what they originally cost. Theres dirt cheap workout equipment a lot of times too. Don’t have a smartphone? Go to the library, take a pencil & paper & write stuff down. Determination doesn’t have to cost you excess amounts, but it will cost you your time & focus to get dialed it.
