Question, I created this problem with running a lot.

I never liked running for any amount of time but then found myself in need of it. So I started running around 4 miles a day. I quickly got shin splits but kept going, over the last months I developed shin splits, did stretching and stuff to help mitigate the pain, but alot of days Iā€™d get back from running and couldnā€™t walk for 10ish minutes.

Fast forward to now, a couple weeks back it had developed into me limping but Iā€™d push through it just so I could run. During a run it got so bad I couldnā€™t run anymore so I limped home. Went to bed, woke up and couldnā€™t walk for a week, Iā€™m now 2 weeks removed from crutches but man Iā€™m still limping. Thereā€™s a muscle or something thatā€™s just inflamed as fuck, I can stand at some angles without any pain but say if I need to pivot my leg, it feels like my kneecap will fuckin snap.
