在嘉義就是要吃加了美乃滋的涼麵，四十幾年前的麵還是寬版麵，加了辣油超好吃，可惜後來的大多改成油麵，南部的皮蛋豆腐用板豆腐加油膏的多，還有蔥花蒜蓉柴魚片，北部大多涼拌豆腐加醬油和蔥花，

皮蛋豆腐在撒點柴魚片+醬油膏😊完美😂😂😂😂😂😂尤其天氣熱時豆腐剛從冰箱拿出來剛製作完成吃😊消暑又好吃
