বিখ্যাত তাবেয়ি হজরত মাকহুল (রহ.) বলেন, ‘যে ব্যক্তি এ বাক্যগুলো সাতবার বলবে আল্লাহতায়ালা তার সত্তরটি অভাব দূর করবেন। (তন্মধ্যে) সবচেয়ে হাল্কা বিপদ হলো (মানুষের) অভাব। দোয়াটি হলো-
আরবি:-
لاَ حَوْلَ وَلا قُوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِاللهِ ، وَلا مَلْجَأَ مِنَ اللهِ إِلاَّ إلَيْهِ
বাংলা উচ্চারণ:-
লা হাউলা ওয়ালা কুওয়্যাতা ইল্লাবিল্লাহ- লা মালজায়া মিনাল্লাহি ইল্লা ইলাইহি।
অর্থ:
আল্লাহর সাহায্য ছাড়া গুনাহ থেকে বিরত থাকা এবং নেক আমলে মশগুল হওয়া সম্ভব না। আল্লাহতায়ালার কাছ থেকে পালিয়ে যাওয়ার কোনো জায়গা নেই। তার কাছেই আশ্রয় গ্রহণ করতে হবে।
