As someone who is a non-ambulatory wheelchair user, I appreciate and agree with everything you said. My wheelchair is how I get around, just like a non-wheelchair user uses their legs.

My grandpa is in a wheel chair sence he was a teenager he cant get up in walk but yet he can do so many things like you dispite him having no legs but hw is amazing no matter what and he is enjoyable no matter kf he could walk kr not😊

Now don't get me tempted to get a wheelchair. My feet and ankle pain gets really bad, and I think it would be easier to use a wheelchair. However, I know I am capable of walking up to 2 or more miles. I won't ever want to get one unless I really need it

My grandma had a wheelchair because she had a metal knee and she couldn't walk very well without it she mostly used the wheel chair but her wheel chair could change into a walker she could still walk but considering her age and the difficulty of walking for her she used her wheel chair it was very helpful for her

Your wheelchair is your car!!! I love the analogy and I have no doubt it will assist those in understanding the necessity of the wheelchair despite not being wheelchair dependent ❤.
