Snow Monkey Park is about 45min via express bus (Β₯1500 one way) and brings you all the way to the entrance of the park where you start your 1.6km hike (40min) to the hot spring.
Togakushi is a small town about a 50min bus ride (Β₯1550 one way) from Nagano main station. The path of cedar trees is at Togakushi Okusha bus stop. And you will need to walk 2km straight from the bus stop to the main entrance (Gate).
You can hike from the Togakushi Okusha Shrine to Kagami Lake (Mirror Lake) or you can walk back to the entrance and have a hearty Soba noodle lunch before taking a bus (1 stop) to the Kagami Lake bus stop.
The Β₯100 sushi restaurant is called Kappa sushi and it is located in Nagano city, walkable from the main station. It is not the typical conveyor belt type but you need to order the item using the iPad and it will be sent to you via a small sushi train.π
