Why leave her alone with the baby if she has serious mental issues.
The mother should be charged with neglect the girl was possibly jealous of him having so much attention. Very tragic

I don't know too many kids who wouldn't go get help. I have never seen or heard of a kid thinking to stomp on a baby to quiet him after hurting him accidentally. If she is still in a mental health facility there is something wrong. She needs to be punished bc she knew enough to try and cover it up. Evil comes in many forms and she around like a sociopath or psychopath. They usually only care about themselves and consequences that hurt them.
