Ever since a child, i have always felt something guiding, protecting and almost tell me (within) to not hold onto fears, anger, recentment, jelousy, envy, etc. I never did and now as an adult and after getting to know god and his good angels, i know why. Demonds manipulate us through negative thoughts and emotions, but one can use reason to slow, stop and take control. I have always been able to do that, until one day one of them (pride) got in. It almost destoyed my life and nearly killed me. I literally cought an entity with our security cameras, and said enough is enough.Became a true believer of god and been learning and following him ever since (2019).
Negative thought and emotions are a highway for demons to ruin your life (and use you to help ruin others). The idea and practice is to not allow a single one in. Allow yourself to feel Love, gratitude, honesty, sincerity, and all the like. it has made me a happier, far more patient, understanding, empathetic, and honest person.
