Vader was a monster in Japan. Heel or hero... he was a complete beast all over the world. It really saddened me when he was made into a jobbing goof in WWE. Screw WWE for doing that to him.

In fairness, Vader was one of the stiffest hitters on the roster. I have seen a dozen wrestlers say he was ALWAYS stiff with his hits. Small guys like Shawn cant really be taking too many stiff shots from 400 lb guys before they get injuries. Its a marathon sport. You cant do a long tour with someone if you are too sore every other night.

Fair enough he messed up a spot, that can happen. But both Bret and Shawn had a problem with how stiff Vader was. Who is going to want to work a program with a guy who punches you as hard as he can over and over every night because he cant work light? They were top guys, basically the only ones drawing money. Id complain too
