I work out in the morning before work, it's rough sometimes getting up at 5:30 but it's way easier to fit in a workout in the morning than after work with 2 kids. One thing I noticed when working out first thing in the morning is I have less "power".. not that I feel weak or tired, just not as much in reserve, probably a good thing since I workout alone so I'm less likely to hurt myself that way, just an observation I've made as I switched... perhaps it's because I'm fasted when i workout or something...
