I remember having the same moment when I played Forces for the first time. I remember seeing in the trailers that scene where Sonic was jumping from space ship to space ship and plummeting into a dark chasm. And I was blown away finding out that entire sequence wasn't a cutscene, but part of a level QTE. I was so hyped and still find that part to be one of my favorites from the game. ๐

And you got to remember this was just the first level(to our knowledge)in shadows story so the later levels/boss fights probably have even cooler cutscenes. Plus I really hope we get rival battles like sonic had in his story.

These legit just looked like ingame cutscenes when the first trailer came out lol. Im not surprised that it can do this too, Hedgehog Engine was designed to match CGI graphics, but its nice that we have a higher budget game that can utilize it better
