Firstly let us say china stops the water
3 things will happen
Bangladesh will be angry because it gets its water from brahmaputra and let us say we will get an india support government in bangladesh than they can use but it will have a problem
2) If blocked for india it has only 30% of the water comes to brahmaputra so no issue we have almost a 1 crore population in northeast combined and hence we will not have a problem whereas bangladesh has a bigger problem and other water comes from all over pereninal water in northeast so it wont affect us
3) If china blocks it already faces biggest floods in the region and if it stops it will only have more problem and we can create over own desalination plant but in pakistan case 25crore people are depended

You know nothing about this project, learn before you talk. It is not a big dam, it is a small dam. We just need to build a small dam and take the advantages of the level differences to generate power by using a long tunel, with 5 generators inside. It is good for India and Bangladesh, we can regulate the water to protect you from floods. If you don't know, just shut up! No need to buid big dam, water will keep flowing!
