Things that work for me is tapping just under and slightly behind the ears and/or simple long deep breathing with intention where I inhale calm, love and light of universe around me and consciously exhale stress out of my body. I think the intention in tandem with the technique is what makes it work..other teachers say to do what this teacher says for 4 inhales for the same purpose..experiment..find out what works for you. Namaste

So itās like when crying, you normally start to double sniff then find yourself calming down. Especially as a kid after getting in trouble š
