AHHH!! I got jumpscared by this so bad I'm so happy you liked my skins! Personally I think the only reason they neglect Venture is because of higherups, you can tell the devs had fun making them & a lot of the dev team is LGBTQ+, so let's just cross our fingers for that season 14 skin!
