🥘 If you love exploring new cuisines or are a fan of delicious Caribbean food, head to Chammorican, a vibrant pop-up food stall waiting to tantalize your taste buds.

👨‍🍳👩‍🍳 Chef Jesus and his wife Heather, brings a unique fusion of Chamorro, Puerto Rican, and Taino cuisines. Inspired by their cultural heritage. They use the freshest ingredients to create dishes bursting with flavors.

🤝 Moreover, their passion extends far beyond the kitchen. Driven by a desire to support their son with gastroschisis and other families facing similar challenges. Every bite fuels their mission, and every customer adds a touch of love to their journey.

✨ On my recent visit, I was blown away by everything I tried.
• Chicken and Shrimp plate - the shrimps were perfectly cooked and had nice Smokey flavours, the chicken was crispy and complimented well with shrimps and rice. This was my favourite for the night.

• Pernil - stole Abhi’s heart (and a few bites from mine!). The pork was cooked perfectly and melted in our mouth.

• Empanadas - were crispy perfection, filled with savory goodness. The best we’ve had in Seattle!

Honestly, picking a favorite was an impossible feat!
