This cat was found tied to a metal post with a very tight and short leash. She could barely turn and had no food or water with her so a passerby who heard her cries quickly rushed to get some food for the cat.
The cat was starving. She was tied to a metal post in front of a shop. She went inside the shop to buy more cat food and a better leash for the cat. She was hoping the shop owner would change its leash. However, he was reluctant and told the woman to keep the cat if she wanted it.
The lady couldn't have cats due to family allergies but she still said yes on the spot because she knew that if she didn't say yes, the cat would likely die under the shop owner's care.
She took the kitten home and gave her a new leash. She's only 6 months old and a very young cat. The woman hopes a kind person who has experience with cats would adopt her. She already bought some cat food and promised to give the person the cat food.
But for now, the cat is finally safe.
