Hey, nothing but love, but this would not fly with the FTC. The built in banner is not sufficient disclosure. Adobe is doing you dirty by greenlighting this because if the FTC cracks down, you're the one who gets in trouble, not them. And they're supposed to know better.

i have to agree with other commenter, i think legally you have to make it more clear that this is an ad, maybe at least put it in the caption? love your work tho! those nails are incredible as always and your graphic design work is also gorgeous! adobe is a pretty shitty company too so i hope you can get some better sponsorships because you def deserve the money and to make it as an artist!
