Quand on sait que t'as les mΓͺmes gains sur du 5 ou du 30 reps, que plus tu fais de reps et plus t'as de dommages musculaires et plus t'as de fatigue du cns, et que Γ§a use plus les tendons. Je comprendrai jamais l'intΓ©rΓͺt de faire autant de reps. Y a aucun avantage, mais j'imagine que Γ§a veut Γͺtre diffΓ©rent
