I don't know about you, but it's utter delight when you find a book that you know you don't have to worry about what might be behind each page!

It's an extremely rare occurrence at bookstores. Barnes and Nobles and the like have become rife with the refuse in the form of books that is filled with smut, violence and just utterly disgusting content.

I got into a discussion with some other authors this week about how much of that content is marketed and found in the YA section, whether that book is actually YA or not.

I've been so disappointed that one of my favorite local spots that just opened has since started widening their stock and I've noticed far more famous spicy books, witchcraft books, and more on the shelves.

I don't know if I'm the only one, but there is something extremely spiritually depressing about bookstores to me these days. It's disappointing how much damaging content I see and the spiritual dynamic of all of that evil lingers in the air like second hand smoke.

Which is why I've created a place on the internet where us clean book lovers can unite! I want this to be a place for you to find a clean read you can trust without that jump-scare experience of not knowing what to expect. It's why I created The Clean Reader's Guide to the Universe, started my own press, published my own books and delved deep into research on this topic and others.

Literature is powerful. It's important to me to craft entertainment that honors the Lord and impacts the reader for good and not for evil.
