I’m so glad to hear that you feel better. I have a neuromuscular disease and it affects my vision and everything else. Part of learning to navigate a world that won’t stay in focus I found videos on rock tumbling and I was hooked. The best part is needing to rely way more on what you feel than what you see during the process. Roll on invisible disease warrior.

Having to go off of ADHD meds is like the 9th circle of heck. (Just keeping my language PG for those who don't swear like sailors like me.)
But yes, I get it. 100% Full-stop. This also makes a lot of sense because your voice sounded a wee bit discouraged at times. Not saying everyone picked up on it. Maybe it takes one to know one.
As for you other difficulty I get that as well, but from a different angle. That stuff is next level hurt. You are heard and your feelings are validated.
That said, it's because of everything you overcame that makes these amazing rocks all the better.
Some people may prefer things that are only 100%, zero markings, buffed to the highest shine. And while I admit that I do like polished rocks better than unpolished (because of a sensory thing), anything that is so perfect it looks as though it's never been touched by human hands, that's not for me.
Because just like us, those unique battle scars make them and us all the more special.
And yo, these rocks are freakin GORGEOUS. ✌️

hearing all of this after not seeing your channel for a WHILE reminds me of why i subscribed to you. not just because of a silly little hobby that millions of us share, but because of how real and resilient you are. i’m so happy that you’ve won the horrible battle of that depressive episode and that you’re doing much better now! keep tumbling!❤❤😊
