Ingredients:

1 tbsp ghee

1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)

1/2 tsp mustard seeds (rai)

1 small onion, finely chopped

1 small tomato, chopped

2 tbsp green peas (optional)

1/4 cup mushrooms, chopped

Salt, pepper, turmeric, and garam masala (to taste)

1/2 cup paneer, crumbled

1 leftover chapati

Cooking Steps:

1. Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin and mustard seeds.


2. Add finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.


3. Add tomato and green peas, and cook until tomatoes soften.


4. Add chopped mushrooms, along with salt, pepper, turmeric, and garam masala.


5. Once mushrooms are tender, mix in crumbled paneer and cook until everything combines well.


6. Take the mixture off the heat. Place it in the center of a leftover chapati.


7. Wrap the chapati around the filling to make a burrito. Optionally, grill or toast the burrito for a few seconds to make it crispy.
